St. Patrick's Day Owl Cookie

Decorate a 5-inch round sugar cookie with a St. Patrick's Day-themed owl design using fondant, royal icing piping, flooding, and petal dust shading.

Instructions
- Cover the 5-inch round sugar cookie with a thin layer of white fondant.
- Sketch out the owl design on the fondant using a pointy clay tool.
- Outline the design with icing (thick paste consistency) using a piping bag with a small tip. If the icing is too thin, add confectioners sugar.
- Set the cookie aside to dry.
- Fill in solid colors using squeeze bottles with thinner icing (gravy consistency), using a toothpick to help spread it. Let dry.
- Using a small brush, paint in eyes and details.
- Using a small dry brush, dust in highlights and shadows.
