Instructions
- Slice your favorite savory meat thinly. Fry on each side in 5-minute intervals until crisp on both sides.
- Crush the nut topping of your choice in a plastic bag with a hammer.
- Temper the chocolate: microwave for 30 seconds, then at 15-second intervals until it reaches 113 degrees Fahrenheit. Fold in more chocolate until the temperature comes down to 88 degrees. Mix well.
- Blot the meat.
- Spoon out chocolate on top, then smooth it with a cake knife.
- Add a bit of cinnamon to the other side. Cover with chocolate and smooth with cake knife.
- Sprinkle crushed nut topping onto warm chocolate.
- Put in fridge and let cool until hardened.
