Avocado-Banana Frozen Treats

A refreshing frozen dessert blending creamy avocado and sweet banana, enriched with coconut cream and maple syrup, then dipped in a crisp dark chocolate shell.
Ingredients
Avocados
1 fresh
Bananas
1 peeled
Coconut cream
1⁄3 cup
Lemon
1 squeezed
Maple syrup (real)
3 tbsp
Dark chocolate chips
20 oz
Instructions
- Cut up the bananas and avocados.
- Add all the ingredients together in a blender and blend until smooth!
- Pour mixture in silicone molds, freeze for four hours.
- Melt dark chocolate in microwave at 15-minute intervals, stirring each time until melted.
- Remove avocado banana ice cream from mold and coat with chocolate.
- Place on a parchment paper-lined cookie sheet, and freeze until the chocolate sets.
